Holiday reflection

I chose to do these because they were my favourite bit's of the holidays.
I chose the book because I really liked reading this. Then at the bottom is becauses I really liked this movie.

The commenwelth games

What is the commonwealth?	The Commonwealth is nations and countries`  adding up to 71 these countries are all under the head of the queen.
Who is part of it?	This year there are 71 countries and nations this includes NZ, AUS, England, Scotland and many more.
What are the advantages?	You get paid and can be an inspiration to other people and kid’s and you can get gold medals
Are there any disadvantages?	You don’t get to spend as much time with family because you would be training so much. And you would be on strict diets to be in good shape.
Why the commonwealth games?	The commonwealth used to be called the The British games and were first held in 1930. But changed in 1952 to the Commonwealth games.
When did NZ become part of the commonwealth?	We joined in 1931 as a founder member when it’s indepence was recognised under the statute of westminster
Who leads the commonwealth?	The queen.
How many sports are included in the Commonwealth Games?	19 sports in total are in the commonwealth games at the moment.
What sports are NZ athletes competing in? Running, swimming, boxing, netball,hockey,	Running, Swimming, hockey, basketball,shot put, netball, boxing, cycling, weightlifting, triathlon, hockey
#EARNTHEFERN - what does this mean?	Athletes say it’s an inspiration to younger ones.  It also feels really good to wear it and show the world what we’ve got and who we are here more than just a little country. “Earn the Fern is about what it takes, and what it means, to wear the silver fern,”

I have shown kindness to Daren and other people when they have got hurt in dodge ball or if they are feeling a bit down.

I have been confident at hockey big day out because at one point of the game we were losing but we had to pull it together and then we won.

I have been inclusive when we have beeen playing flyers up we have let lot's of people play with us instead of just making a little game and only us playing.

Jacks easter basket

This is my Easter basket.

What I did on Easter- First my family went up to my uncles and watched Anthony Joshua VS Joseph parker. Then after that we had a little easter egg hunt. Then after that we went to the beach and walked around then we saw my cousins Beooklyn and Jay then we played some basketball with them then we went to there inline hockey game and Went to maccas.

Current events

I read that James Harden should be the MVP word's from Stephen curry and Kevin Durant.
They think he should beacuse he has had outstaing point, steals and rebound averages.
He also has been the runner up twice which is really good.
I think should be the MVP to because he has also made a world record this season and he is carrying his team to playoffs but he had some help from Chris Paul which is good.

Current events

The warriors losing without Stephen curry.
So far during the season Stephen curry has 2 injurys one on his ankle and one on his left knee because he sprained it.
The warriors are in second because of this so it's harder for them to win.
And the warriors offence is built around Stephen Curry so there used for him to be there.
So thats why they are losing to The Houston Rockets so yeah thats it for this week.
